OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES – START UP

As we continue to RE-OPEN we have reached out to our amazing volunteers and have begun to slowly re-introduce activities to our weekly routine. Here we see Gary stationed outside entertaining our residents on a beautiful summer afternoon.

FAMILY VISITS RESUME

Scheduled socially distanced visits outside on our patio will begin next week. Resident family will be notified. Family members are asked to call ahead and book a time. When they arrive for their visit they are to call Norfolk Manor and announce their arrival. The nurse will then go outside and meet the visitor and follow our screening policy. Visitors are asked to wear their own mask and to maintain social distance at all times. Anything brought for the resident is to be given to the nurse who will arrange for it to be sanitized and they delivered safely to the residents.

Stay tuned for further updates.

Outside Access and Lounge access to Resume

Residents were all given cloth washable masks when communal dining resumed. They are being asked to social distance and signs have been posted throughout Norfolk Manor and outside on the patio. Residents have also been asked to wear their mask when ever they are not able to social distance.

Masks are collected at lunch time 2x per week and exchanged for clean masks.

We caution anyone walking by Norfolk Manor to please be social but to remain off the property for the time being.

SOCIAL DISTANCE DINING RESUMED

After nearly 6 weeks in isolation we are finally able to resume a version of communal dining in our dining room. Residents will be seated at individual tables and all meals will be served including our customary glass of wine with our main meal at lunch for those who would like it. We will continue to look for other dining options as things evolve.
